The Administrative Client Services Associate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding administrative support and ensuring a positive client experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Manage client accounts, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate records in our database.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for clients and internal teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on client issues and inquiries to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
