Description Job Title: After Hours Coordinator Location: Fully Remote (Company laptop provided) Pay: $13.75 per Hour This is a remote position that requires active availability during the following times: Monday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm and 7:30pm - 9pm Tuesday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm and 7:30pm - 9pm Total paid hours: 10 hours bi-weekly Average workload: 5 - 8 hours bi-weekly This position is fully remote. However, in person training for this position will take place at our home office located in Ann Arbor, MI. You’ll be asked to remain available and online during the scheduled time blocks. If there are no active shifts to manage or calls to respond to during a given time period, you’ll still clock in and be paid for your scheduled availability. This ensures reliable coverage for families while providing predictable pay for coordinators. There is also potential for additional hours during weekday afternoons and weekends when extra coverage is needed. The ideal candidate will have flexibility in the afternoons and weekends to pick up coordinator shifts when needed. About Safe at Home: Safe at Home is a backup childcare program proudly serving employees of Ford Motor Company, the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Bright Horizons. We provide high-quality, reliable, in-home child care when families need it most — and our Coordinators play a vital role in making that happen. As an After Hours Coordinator, you’ll ensure caregivers and families are supported with empathy, professionalism, and timely communication.
