Responsibilities

THE ROLE: APPOINTMENT SETTER (REMOTE)

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to drive lead generation and client acquisition. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, reaching out via social platforms, building relationships, qualifying prospects, and scheduling discovery calls for our sales team.
This is not a passive role — it’s for someone who loves structured daily outreach, consistent results, and the thrill of turning cold introductions into warm opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Appointment Setter, you will:

  • Conduct targeted outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using proven scripts and messaging frameworks.
  • Initiate and nurture conversations with potential clients, tailoring messaging to align with their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads effectively by identifying decision-makers, budget readiness, and relevance to our services.
  • Book a minimum of 20+ qualified appointments per month into the team’s calendar.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, response rates, and appointments in our CRM (Notion, Google Sheets, or HubSpot).
  • Follow up systematically with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and ensure brand consistency.
  • Report weekly performance metrics, including outreach volume, response rate, and appointments booked.

We want professionals who take ownership of results, not just tasks. The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales (1+ years preferred).
  • Exceptional written communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Confidence and charisma in digital conversations — friendly yet persuasive.
  • Strong organizational skills with the discipline to manage daily outreach targets.
  • Tech-savviness with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
  • Resilience and consistency — ability to handle rejection and keep momentum.
  • A background in real estate, property services, or digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
