Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a dedicated, self-motivated, and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team. We assist small businesses with their administrative needs. As a subcontractor, you will play a key role in assisting with various administrative tasks, with a focus on social media management and proficiency in Google and Microsoft programs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company and take on more responsibilities as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including content scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support when needed.
  • Support project management tasks and assist with general operational needs as directed.
  • Assist in managing online research and maintaining databases.
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the growing company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and content scheduling tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing varying hours.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for helping a company grow.

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service or client relations.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills (using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark).

Hours & Compensation:

  • This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
  • Hours will vary initially but are expected to grow as the company expands.
