This role is pivotal in creating scalable processes that enhance our operational effectiveness and overall business success. \n Accountabilities Execute on global expansion strategies across operations, products, and new markets. Build and scale a global brokerage network, ensuring the best partners are identified and vetted. Optimize carrier relationships in partnership with global brokers for reliable and cost-effective infrastructure. Empower benefit managers to roll out new benefits and manage providers effectively. Collaborate with Sales and CSM teams to provide the necessary tools and materials. Revamp customer support to create a streamlined user experience. Analyze large data sets to enhance benefit margins and improve worker retention. Collaborate with product teams to automate operational challenges within the platform. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Startup, BusOps, Consulting, or PE preferred). Sales operations experience is a plus for optimizing sales support processes. Knowledge of benefits processes expansion would be advantageous. Advanced skills in Google Suite, Jira, and Looker; comfort with financial data. Proven track record of rapid promotion or high-stakes achievements. Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
