Lead cross-functional teams to ensure integrated planning and execution of meetings. Influence stakeholders and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of major congresses and events. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for all events. Design and optimize strategies for Speaker Bureau and field engagement. Manage vendor strategy and performance across various initiatives. Oversee budgeting for events, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing or operations. Strong understanding of regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions. Proven ability to manage strategic projects without direct authority. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders. Conflict management and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
