Responsibilities: General Administrative Support Manage and organize files Documents management (revisions, proofreading, formatting) Prepare reports and presentations Data entry Research Basic digital marketing admin support Procurement Advanced Executive Support Manage and organize files Documents management (revisions, proofreading, formatting) Prepare reports and presentations Data entry Research Advanced digital marketing support (social media postings, blogs, and newsletters) Procurement Inbox management Calendar management and meetings coordination Expense reports Travel management Minutes of meetings Ad hoc/ special projects Skills and Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration. Marketing background preferred. Can overlap work hours with California. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear copywriting and editing skills. Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and HubSpot among others. Ability to learn new tools/ software quickly.
