The Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious BDR Manager to join our client's growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a newly created Remote BDR team from scratch in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with a talented, passionate sales team that is shaping the future of data privacy and AI. What You'll Do Provide hands-on coaching to BDRs and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Meet and exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings Improve and implement new scalable sales processes and playbooks for enterprise cybersecurity/data privacy sales Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field 2+ years of experience as a BDR Manager in a B2B SaaS environment with a passion for training, coaching, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment, while carrying a personal quota Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas targeting the Upper Mid-Market/Enterprise segment Expert-level proficiency in cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to US, UK, Australia, or New Zealand companies in English Expert-level proficiency with CRM and sales software (HubSpot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.).
