Our client is looking to hire an experienced Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative. Experience in Education Services would be considered an asset.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting students with inquiries, course registrations, and general administrative processes. You will be responsible for managing student interactions through phone, email, and web chat, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (call center), preferably in an education-related environment.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong ability to work in a remote work environment.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume processing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a sense of urgency in problem resolution.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Windows-based systems and online customer service/administration tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and take initiative in improving processes.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, offering accurate information on courses, exams, and program details.
  • Assist students with course and exam registrations, ensuring smooth enrollment processes.
  • Execute various administrative tasks to support students from initial enrollment through program completion.
  • Maintain a high level of service by addressing and resolving student concerns efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
