JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and skilled and reliable Building Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of renovation and maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Building Services Specialist will ensure that properties are well-maintained and that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
