OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
This role is 100% remote as our clients come from multiple locations worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing customer relationship management data and processes to enhance our business strategies and improve customer engagement. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions that align with our organisational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor in Business, Business Management, IT, or any other related field
  • SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change Certification

SKILLS

  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience in change management methodologies to lead initiatives successfully.
  • Understanding of database design principles to support efficient data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
