Run rapid pilots with global customer success teams. Collaborate with CS Ops to drive insights for prioritizing customer engagement. Drive consistent adoption of AI-powered workflows across regions. Requirements 10+ years in Customer Success or related fields. Experience leading global transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
