IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES $18.50/HR CANDIDATES MUST SIT OUT OF PACIFIC STANDARD TIME ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST UTILITY COMPANIES IN THE AREA YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ON CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS DAY 8 SHIFTS WILL BE ASSIGNED FROM 7AM-630PM, ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY FLEXIBLE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED START DATE 12/15 Qualifications: 2 years of call center experince Experience managing 60+ inbound phone calls Microsoft Office proficient Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: As a Service Intake Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
