Job Description: Remote Call Center Representative (Immediate Hire) Overview We are seeking Remote Call Center Representatives to join one of the largest utility companies in the region. This is an immediate opportunity with equipment provided and a start date of December 17. Candidates must reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone and be fully flexible to work assigned shifts. Key Details Position: Service Intake Liaison (Call Center Representative) Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Remote EST ONLY Start Date: December 17 Schedule: 8 shifts assigned between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day Equipment: Provided by the company Responsibilities As a Service Intake Liaison, you will: Act as the primary link between customers and service technicians. Manage and resolve high-volume inbound inquiries (60+ calls daily). Provide real-time troubleshooting and subject matter expertise to customers. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely service delivery. Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and accuracy. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of call center experience. Proven ability to manage 60+ inbound calls per day. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
