Soliant Education is seeking two qualified and dedicated Special Education Case Managers to join a fully remote team supporting a school district in Juneau, Alaska for the 2025-2026 school year.

MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHING EXPERIENCE ONSITE IN THE UNITED STATES (REQUIRED)

• Previous experience as a virtual Special Education Teacher or Case Manager is highly preferred
• Experience conducting virtual assessments is a strong plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable technology and internet connection for remote work
• Willingness to travel onsite occasionally is preferred but not required(District reimburses travel costs)
  This is a contract position through Soliant Education for the 2025-2026 school year. Be a part of a supportive team while working from the comfort of your home.

• Serve as case manager for a caseload of K12 students with IEPs
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Coordinate services and communication between educators, service providers, and families
• Attend and lead virtual IEP meetings
• Monitor student progress and update documentation accordingly
• Ensure compliance with federal and state special education laws
• Complete assessments virtually as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
