The ideal candidate will be highly organised, trustworthy, and possess excellent numerical skills to maintain accurate financial records in a remote work environment. Responsibilities - Process incoming client payments for services such as web development, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns. - Prepare, send, and follow up on client invoices in a timely and professional manner. - Manage and reconcile transactions conducted through various online payment gateways. - Maintain accurate and organised digital records of all transactions, invoices, and payments. - Address and resolve client queries regarding billing and payment information with exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with the project management and sales teams to ensure billing accuracy. - Identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues promptly. - Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for management review.
