Drive the standardization and simplification of travel booking, expense management, and corporate card processes. Lead cross-functional program management initiatives for effective implementation of process improvements. Analyze travel spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supplier relationships. Collaborate with stakeholders in procurement, finance, HR, and IT for seamless integration of travel programs. Develop and maintain travel policies and procedures that support compliance and operational efficiency. Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to keep programs competitive. Provide training and support to employees on travel and corporate card policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in category management, preferably in travel or corporate credit card. Proven program management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels. Experience with travel management systems and expense reporting tools is a plus.
