Provide onsite and remote support to ensure continuous compliance with operational standards. Maintain high-quality supply management for cell therapy products. Conduct investigations related to quality assurance and compliance. Deliver training and support to external partners on operational guidelines. Facilitate communication and coordination among clinical trial teams. Share best practices and escalate operational challenges to leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Medicine, or Science preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in CAR-T or related fields. Experience with hospital stakeholder management and external partner relations. Ability to engage confidently in medical discussions while maintaining a strategic focus. Demonstrated project management experience with multiple deliverables. Knowledge of cell apheresis or related operations is a plus. Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel 60-80%.
