Work directly with a founder or senior executive running a fast-growing company in the US or Europe. You'll be the operational layer between them and everything that needs to happen. Priorities, people, decisions and process. You’ll hold it together and keep it moving. We train you on the tools and workflows that run world-class companies, then place you with a high-performance operator. What you'll own Track and close open loops across the executive's full workload Task and priority management across executives and their teams Meeting prep, decision briefs, and post-call follow-up Calendar, inbox, and communications ownership Research and structured recommendations CRM management and reporting Proactive identification of problems before they surface Long-term projects that create real impact Who this is for 3–4 years of experience in operations, chief of staff, founders associate or a similar high-ownership role You move before being asked Strong written and spoken English Comfortable managing up, you push back when something doesn't make sense Based in South Africa, available during European and US business hours What you get Full-time remote role, 40 hours/week Monthly salary (R25,000–R30,000) Hardware if needed 4-week paid training Access to an expert community, automation engineers, designers, senior operators Performance-based bonuses that can add up to 3 months' salary Selection is rigorous.
