Investigate and manage auto insurance claims from start to finish Analyze policies and determine coverage, liability, and claim outcomes Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity Make decisions that balance customer needs with company profitability Communicate with attorneys, repair shops, and medical providers Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency Document claim activity and maintain compliance standards Other duties as assigned Requirements What We’re Looking For This role is built for people who want to grow into leadership—not stay stagnant.
