Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority. Calculate and assign appropriate reserves to claims. Manage the litigation process for claims resolution. Communicate claim activity effectively with clients and claimants. Ensure claim files are properly documented. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent. Knowledge of California jurisdiction and relevant licensing. Ability to manage high exposure claims involving litigation.
