We're seeking organized, detail oriented individuals who enjoy helping others and providing client service. In this fully remote role, you'll assist clients with travel planning by researching destinations, coordinating reservations, and organizing travel details. You'll work with established travel suppliers while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support. No prior travel industry experience is required. Responsibilities Assist clients with travel planning and coordination. Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and activities. Coordinate travel arrangements based on client preferences. Communicate with established travel suppliers regarding availability and reservations. Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation. Review travel confirmations and itinerary details for accuracy. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail oriented and comfortable using online tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be authorized to work and reside in one of our approved countries.
