You will play a crucial role in the data-driven decision-making process that supports our commitment to transforming healthcare. \n Accountabilities Design and analyze clinical outcome studies evaluating weight loss and durability. Build analyses that define cohorts and follow-up timelines to measure program impact. Partner with clinical leadership to evaluate treatment pathways and protocol adherence. Assess the impact of clinical interventions on outcomes and member experience. Use insights to improve clinical protocols and program design. Contribute to building internal evidence frameworks for measuring clinical effectiveness. Translate analytic findings into insights to support clinical and operational decisions. Requirements 5+ years of experience analyzing clinical or healthcare outcomes data. Experience with cohort-based analyses and data over time. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R. Hands-on experience with DBT and data modeling. Proficiency in using data reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker).
