We are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations, support our team of therapists, and ensure best practices in mental health service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight to clinical staff, including Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists
  • Supervise and support Clinical Supervisors, ensuring alignment with professional standards and agency values
  • Manage and monitor clinical workflows, caseload distribution, and service delivery targets
  • Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legislative standards (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO, OCN,)
  • Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams on program development and strategic planning
  • Oversee and improve quality assurance processes, including case audits and outcome tracking
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment through regular clinical meetings and staff engagement
  • Respond to client escalations, critical incidents, and risk management situations
  • Represent the agency in relevant networks, partnerships, and community initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field
  • Registration in good standing with a recognized Ontario regulatory college (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision, service planning, and team management
  • Strong knowledge of ethical, legal, and professional standards in Ontario’s mental health sector
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Training in trauma-informed care and therapy models is an asset
