While other dealerships are selling less cars month after month, we are selling more and growing because we buy true sub prime vehicles and have consistent daily leads coming in. Where other dealers have to purchase leads from multiple lead providers, we generate our own and have unparalleled quality and consistency which is key for you to sell more cars.

The Subprime Business Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive solutions to customers requiring vehicle financing. Our clientele has varying degrees of credit worthiness from the critically credit impaired to pristine credit status, you will be responsible for pairing the customer with the appropriate finance program and a vehicle within their means that is affordable for them! You will need to be goal oriented, a leader and have the ability to negotiate with both lenders and customers in a manner suited to the situation.
Important: We do not hide wholesale vehicle purchase costs like 80% of dealerships do. 1 in 5 dealerships have a transparent pay plan where you do not get ripped off on high service costs and hidden fees from the dealership. We operate a lean ship, the way it should be where sales people who are TOP PERFORMERS can earn. We do this because we don’t want turnover of staff. Our staff has stayed with us for years and now we are growing, seeking more top performers because we have more and more leads hitting the ground going unserved. We need to send them to 2 new experienced top performers we hire!
Qualifications:
· Strong communication and sales ability
· Excellent customer service
· Ability to analyze credit reports and submit credit applications
· Knowledge of lenders and products offered in both prime and subprime markets
· Ability to build strong lender relations and leverage that relationship for better approvals
· Ability to adapt quickly to changing automotive market trends
· Ability work independently
· Offer sincere help to clients while making the experience fun and easy for your clients. This MUST be a fun and easy experience!

WHAT WE OFFER:

COMPENSATION: OUR CURRENT STAFF EARN $7,000-$20,000 PER MONTH.

IMPORTANT Probational 4 week Period: You will have 4 weeks to obtain 8 drivers licenses and proof of income statements. This is our measurement if we will continue with you. If you have experience and put in the 500 dials per week (which is easy using our custom CRM built just for the auto industry) you will easily obtain this goal. Failure to obtain this goal will result in immediate review and potential contract termination. 80% of our new hires obtain 10 or more DL and POIs in the first 4 weeks. It’s likely if you are a top performer and are looking for a better home, you will as well. However, how your contract gets terminated is fair to know so you are not blind sided. Do your best, be open minded, learn fast, work hard and you will be fine!

  • Can you do 500 outbound dials per week using an auto dialer? To make 100 dials per day will require you 2-3 hours per day. You will have 20-50 SMS messages per day as well from interest clients on top of the calls. We give fresh new leads ONLY to staff who do 500 calls per week the next week. That is our lead distribution policy.
