May 11th-June 1st Contract Remote-cequipment provided $16.50chrly Shift: You will need to be available for a 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST M-F. Your shift is scheduled within ANY time within that time frame. Job Description The CSR demonstrates detailed knowledge of the clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment to ensure the maximum level of service is provided on every interaction. This position requires critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to convey ownership. The position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Assist participants in a concierge service model, addressing most inquiries end to end. Provide high quality, proactive service, ensuring the successful completion of all inbound inquiries in a timely manner, keeping the participant apprised of status throughout the process in a proactive manner. Ensure an optimal participant experience in the handling of all inquiries end-to-end. Daily management of open cases and new cases on which includes interaction with the employee, conference calls with retirement providers, insurance companies and/or client services. Document and update participant account information in the case management system timely and accurately. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities

The representative will assist participants with health and welfare benefit enrollment inquiries using a concierge service model. They are responsible for managing open cases, documenting account information, and coordinating with retirement and insurance providers.
