Ultimate Bookkeeping and Beyond Ltd. is a friendly, Southern Alberta bookkeeping business that provides bookkeeping and financial services to Southern Alberta businesses! We are currently expanding our team and looking for a skilled Remote Contracted Bookkeeper with flexible hours to join us.
Our Contracted Bookkeepers will assist us with facilitating a variety of day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for our clients. You are friendly and treat our clients with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality!

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Monthly and Quarterly bookkeeping tasks for clients
• Payroll (Payroll runs, Remittances, and T4 generation)
• GST returns and remittances.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entry
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• Filing of documentation for clients
• Journal Entries
• Review of Monthly Reporting
• Assistance with various bookkeeping projects for clients

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• 3 years of experience as a full-time Bookkeeper
• 3 years of experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online
• Proficient with Excel
• Solid communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• The ability to prioritize and co-ordinate multiple tasks.
• The ability to work remotely and in an office setting, as required.
• Adaptable to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
  Salary is dependent on experience.
