This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Corporate Sales Director - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the strategic growth of our partner's largest enterprise customer relationships. With responsibility for a concentrated portfolio of high-value accounts, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring revenue maximization and long-term value. Your expertise in account management and complex negotiations will facilitate the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs while reinforcing our partner's corporate strategy. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of customer obsession throughout the organization. \n Accountabilities Own end-to-end relationship and commercial performance for a designated portfolio of 8–10 of the largest enterprise customers. Lead negotiations and bids for groups, events, and project RFPs. Develop account plans aligned with client goals and corporate strategy. Conduct executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews demonstrating performance and revenue strategies. Maintain familiarity with enterprise travel trends and competitive dynamics. Represent the company at key external events, including conferences and tradeshows. Mentor account teams, modeling best practices in executive engagement. Coordinate with sales teams to develop revenue acceleration and gap closure plans. Partner with finance to negotiate large, multi-year agreements with corporate customers. Influence product roadmaps based on strategic customer needs. Requirements 7+ years of B2B sales and strategic account management experience, preferably in hospitality or travel. Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise accounts. Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota on large revenue targets. Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Strong skills in account mapping and data analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Executive presence and polished negotiation skills. Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities. Ability to travel up to 40–60% as needed. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
