JOB SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document information and communicate effectively within the team.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
