Your focus will be helping them understand their benefit options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident about their coverage. This isn’t a call-center job — it’s an opportunity to educate, connect, and make a difference. You’ll guide clients through important decisions, making sure every interaction is clear, respectful, and helpful. Over time, you’ll build relationships that last and contribute to the financial security of the people you serve.
