Job Title: Customer Success & Billing Administrator Location: Remote - Philippines Employment Type: Full time The Role: This position sits within the Customer Success function but works closely with Accounts and Service Delivery. You will play a key role in administrative support, customer coordination, service reporting and billing operations. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Administration Day to day processing of sales and purchase invoices Run telecoms billing cycles and perform billing checks and validations Investigate and resolve billing queries from customers and suppliers Participate in tariff updates and API cost adjustments Manage CDR (Call Detail Record) access, extraction, reconciliation, and remittance Support general billing and accounts administration tasks Maintain accurate billing documentation and audit-ready records Support internal management reporting and operational processes Customer Success & Operational Support Schedule and coordinate customer service reviews and prepare service reports Support provisioning of customer services and onboarding activities Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy Support internal management reporting and operational processes Contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities Provide ad hoc administrative support where required Maintain strong communication and relationships with client service stakeholders Assist in sales activity coordination and follow-up Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service partners Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a strong commitment to delivering excellence. Familiarity with internal reporting, customer data accuracy, and CSI (continual service improvement). Confident in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Comfortable learning new platforms (CRM, billing platforms,). High attention to detail Proactivity — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Strong problem-solving ability, especially for billing disputes or customer queries. Essential Experience: 2–4 years experience in an administrative and billing, finance assistant roles Experience supporting UK, US, or AU clients Exposure to invoicing and reconciliation processes.
