Duties and Responsibilities: ● Customer Assistance: Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a professional and helpful manner. ● Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, product inquiries, and any operational concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s platform, troubleshooting common user problems, and guiding users on best practices. ● Customer Engagement: Assist customers with onboarding, providing guidance on how to effectively use the company’s platform, and answering any initial setup questions. ● Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback on the platform and support experience, passing along insights to the Customer Success and Product teams. ● Documentation: Create and maintain up-todate support materials and FAQs to aid customers in solving common issues independently. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner Must-have Skills / Qualifications: ● Must have at least 2+ years of experience in vacation rental property management or PMS customer support roles ● Ultra tech savviness and ability to learn new technology in no time ● Candidates should be comfortable with modern support tools, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting. ● Strong English communication is essential; experience supporting web/mobile platforms is a plus. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ● Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns. ● Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus. Employment Type: Freelance - Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9 PM to 5 AM or 12 NN to 8 PM PH time Location: Remote Industry: Property Management
