Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, health administration, or equivalent. Minimum of four years of experience in database management, data collection, and statistical analysis. Ability to statistically analyze and interpret raw data into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in statistical software and relational databases. Considerable experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics software.
