Description

Wellcare PAL is looking for a well-rounded Administrative Assistant to work fully remotely with our team!
Must work East Coast hours 6:00am - 10:00am, 5 days/week
Preferably looking for someone who can speak Mandarin and English fluently.
Compensation varies between $500-$5000/month based on available volume and experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Translate and enter information from Mandarin documents into English systems (and vice versa when required).
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make corrections.
  • Organize and maintain digital files for easy retrieval.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing) and proficient in English.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent typing speed and computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, databases, or CRM tools).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
