Drive the design and optimization of OLTP and OLAP models for scalability and performance. Establish standards for data modeling, storage, and integration across systems. Partner with stakeholders in developing a comprehensive data and BI strategy. Define data governance practices and quality standards. Lead proof-of-concepts for new data technologies. Own the architectural review process for data-related projects. Establish best practices for ORM usage and SQL optimization. Evaluate AI/ML to enhance data-driven decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in architecting Enterprise Data and BI solutions. Proven experience in designing large-scale data warehouse implementations. Ability to architect high-performance solutions for analytical workloads. Expertise in modern data architectures and dimensional modeling patterns. Proficiency in cloud data platforms and integration with diverse data sources. Deep understanding of visualization and reporting platforms. Ability to design conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Experience with ORM technologies and building robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
