Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data management systems used within the organization.
  • Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of healthcare data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of data processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
  • Monitor data entry processes and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Train and support staff on data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Work closely with IT and data management teams to implement system updates and improvements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to assist in data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on healthcare data regulations and trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in data management or support roles, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, EHR systems).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data privacy practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
