As a Remote Data Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate data verification for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our clients’ data, and provide crucial insights to drive their business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data verification of various types of data sets, including financial, sales, and customer data
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data
  • Resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data and communicate findings to the appropriate team members
  • Utilize advanced tools and techniques to verify data and perform quality checks
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve data verification methods
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for data verification
  • Communicate regularly with clients to gather necessary information and updates to ensure accuracy of data
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in data verification, data analysis, or related field
  • Knowledge of data management principles and techniques
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
