Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. Drafts and presents pre- and post-trial motions. Collaborates with colleagues to resolve calendar conflicts. Counsels business clients on daily legal matters. Manages projects, ensuring coordination among legal teams. Stays updated on new laws and regulations, providing proactive advice. Requirements Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 3+ years of proven litigation experience or strong litigation skills. Preferred first or second chair jury trial experience. Experience in insurance defense is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and legal research.
