We are hiring a Remote Operations Manager to drive performance, compliance, and accountability If you have managed dental locations before and understand how to run operations through systems, metrics, and people — this role is for you. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR You will manage offices remotely and be accountable for performance: * Monitor office KPIs (production, schedule, attendance, performance) * Enforce compliance with company processes and standards * Hold the team accountable * Identify underperformance and take corrective action * Ensure schedule efficiency and patient flow * Oversee chart audits and documentation compliance * Work directly with leadership on performance reporting * Drive consistency across multiple locations You are not observing.
