Join us in creating impactful design solutions for dynamic digital environments. \n Accountabilities Own significant portions of core automation management and oversight experiences, partnering with senior designers on broader strategy. Define and refine mental models that help customers understand how automation, AI-powered steps, and agents behave. Create scalable interaction patterns for navigating, inspecting, and troubleshooting complex, data-rich systems. Translate technical capabilities into clear, actionable user experiences in close partnership with Product and Engineering. Prototype and test sophisticated interface concepts to validate usability, clarity, and trust. Partner cross-functionally to drive coherence across product surfaces and ensure automation experiences feel unified. Contribute to long-term UX strategy for intelligent workflows and influence design quality beyond your immediate scope. Requirements 5+ years of product design experience in complex SaaS, platform, or systems-based environments (or equivalent experience). Strong systems thinking and demonstrated expertise in interaction design for complex interfaces. Experience designing management, admin, platform, or data-heavy experiences. Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity where definitions and patterns are still emerging. Experience partnering closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate clear points of view backed by research and rationale.
