Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to participate in our company’s digital advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities include promoting our products and working with the team to create campaigns to increase site traffic and sales. Our ideal candidate is able to proactively research market trends and create/optimize product campaigns. We would like a creative team player with a passion for digital marketing to become a pivotal part of our marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Active Social Media Accounts: Manage and execute campaigns across various social media platforms, digital channels, search engines, and display advertising.
• Generating Quality Blog Content: Research industry trends, keywords, and audience preferences to produce high-quality blog articles that resonate with target audiences, drive website traffic, and enhance brand authority via social media platforms.
• Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
• Execute projects independently to create content to attract targeted audiences via social media platforms
• Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
• Monitor project status
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Meeting goals: Working to meet weekly posting sales targets and reporting to head office
• Keeping up with travel industry news and trends

Qualifications

• Communication: Be able to listen to clients and communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner. They also need to be able to persuade customers and influence their decisions.
• Sales: Promote products and direct clients to email support team for quote.
• Knowledge of travel trends: Be familiar with the latest travel trends, including popular vacation locations and activities.
• Understanding of travel requirements: Understand foreign and domestic travel requirements or restrictions.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
• Direct potential clients to email support team for customized quote on travel options.
• Customer service: Interact with clients and respond to questions and complaints.
