In this role, you will be pivotal in leading a team of Regional Directors to deliver consulting services within specialty practices. Your expertise will guide the advancement of strategy, ensuring seamless execution across regions while evolving managed care advisory offerings to align with organizational priorities. You'll serve as a crucial liaison between leadership, regional teams, and specialty practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This position will allow you to have a significant impact on the health and well-being of various patient populations, making healthcare more accessible and equitable. \n Accountabilities Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors, providing coaching and performance feedback. Oversee the delivery of consulting services to specialty provider practices. Develop and implement strategies to support the needs of specialty customers. Ensure consistent execution of managed care initiatives with cross-functional teams. Guide the team in negotiating and renewing managed care contracts. Develop and implement managed care policies and procedures. Monitor managed care trends and recommend strategic responses as needed. Support contract administration and communication of managed care initiatives. Foster collaboration across departments to enhance overall performance. Contribute to educational resources and best practices for supporting specialty practices. Requirements Degree or equivalent experience, typically requires 13+ years of professional experience. Minimum of 7 years of healthcare management experience in a managed care environment. Extensive experience in negotiating managed care contracts. Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models. Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across regions. Proficiency with analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in specialty markets such as Oncology and Neurology is desirable.
