In this critical role, you will lead the design and development of innovative K-8 math products that make a significant impact on education. You will collaborate with diverse teams, driving the continuous improvement of our offerings based on user feedback. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the educational landscape and enhancing learning outcomes for students across the country. \n Accountabilities Own the instructional integrity and coherence of math products. Contribute to product vision and roadmap discussions based on instructional priorities. Ensure content alignment with state standards and instructional practices. Lead development of math instructional content, including lessons and assessments. Manage third-party development houses and contractors. Support content writers with direction and feedback. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. Represent the organization at conferences and events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field. 7+ years of experience in curriculum or edtech product development. Experience managing content writers or instructional teams. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
