JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary
The Director, Partner Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and expanding strong relationships with Embedded Finance partners utilizing the ARC by Green Dot platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships based upon trust and proven ability to deliver for your partners. As the primary point of

contact for your partners, they will depend on you to help guide and grow their business.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic account plans to manage and guide ecosystem expansion

opportunities with your partners.

  • Own the P&L for your partners. Gain a deep understanding of the financial factors driving profitability and loss.

Identify opportunities for continued improvement around increased partner and customer engagement, along with

operational efficiencies.

  • Understand the industry and guide the Product organization with future product and services offerings to improve

the end product for our partners and customers.

  • Build strong internal relationships and leverage knowledge of subject matter experts with your partners.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate business information and procedures, to allow various internal and external

stakeholders to access, share and communicate information with each other more easily.

  • Create awareness and demand for company products.
  • Drive resulting initiatives with the appropriate level of urgency.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in a comparable role in the payments and FinTech industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex business relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to achieve revenue and profit growth across a wide range of products and services.
  • Team player that thrives within white space, demonstrated ability to deliver in challenging situations where problem or resolution is ambiguous
