OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through play-based learning. You will work closely with children aged 3-7 years, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive growth while ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in planning activities.
  • Ability and experience in remote and online tutoring using google classroom and zoom

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  • Plan and lead activities that stimulate physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education.
