We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Remote Energy & Engineering Innovation Manager to lead the transformation of building energy performance across a national portfolio. This leadership role is critical to driving operational excellence, optimising asset and system efficiency, and delivering cutting-edge solutions in energy optimisation, flexibility, demand side response (DSR), and smart grid participation.
This individual will be accountable for developing and delivering high-impact programmes that reduce energy consumption, enhance building intelligence, unlock revenue from grid services, and accelerate our clients’ journey to Net Zero. The role blends technical mastery with strategic innovation, digital leadership, and client-focused delivery.
