Requirements BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required. 10+ years of experience as an engineer and technical lead in building scalable and reliable software. 5+ years of managerial experience leading technical engineering teams. Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching top engineering talent. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
