Work closely with clients to understand their family’s travel preferences and recommend suitable options. Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and excursions. Provide expert advice on family destinations, attractions, and travel tips to ensure a smooth trip. Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction. Passion for travel and helping families create lasting memories. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills, including the use of travel booking platforms and customer management systems. Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients effectively.
