This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that effectively drive prospects through the funnel, ultimately supporting the pipeline goals. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities and executed smoothly across multiple channels. The position also requires a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement. \n Accountabilities Execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns from brief through launch and post-campaign analysis. Support campaign pipeline goals by driving campaign-sourced and campaign-influenced pipeline in partnership with Sales. Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales to define and execute campaigns that align with business priorities. Activate campaigns across channels such as email, digital, virtual events, and social media. Develop sales enablement materials and support Sales and SDR activation. Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content teams to source and adapt campaign assets. Manage third-party vendors related to campaign execution, including timelines and budget tracking. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Salesforce and marketing automation tools. Contribute to campaign testing, optimization, and post-campaign learnings. Utilize AI and marketing technology tools to enhance campaign execution efficiency. Requirements 4–6 years of experience in B2B campaign marketing, field marketing, or demand generation. Proven experience executing integrated campaigns as an individual contributor. Demonstrated ability to track campaign performance and pipeline impact. Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
