In this role, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the effective build, maintenance, submission, and updating of formularies and drug lists. Your contributions are crucial in achieving our strategy and operational goals while advocating for an enhanced consumer experience. \n Accountabilities Provide clinical and operational leadership for formularies and drug lists. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacists. Ensure accuracy of formularies in the Centralized Formulary System. Perform formulary analysis to improve operational flow. Develop measurements and plans for process improvements. Create formulary management process and training documentation. Make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Less than 5 years of technical experience. Experience in process improvement or design. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Visio, Excel, Access). Ability to adapt to change in fast-paced environments. Passion for enhancing consumer experiences.
